Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and DemandAI ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of the DemandAI software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to bind your organisation.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The Service is offered on monthly or annual subscriptions. Fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except as set out in our refund policy, and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes are added where applicable. You may cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. 14-day refund policy

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 14 days of the first paid charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The policy does not apply to renewal charges or to accounts terminated for breach.

5. Free trial

New users may access a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or harassing content.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or unauthorised access.
• No use that violates third-party messaging-platform policies (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from contacts you import.

7. Customer data

You own all data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by DemandAI or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service per these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI suggestions are generated automatically and should be reviewed before sending. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of DemandAI's registered office, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
